Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Customers can request the cancellation of an order before shipment by contacting info@mueblesgredos.com as soon as possible.

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

• “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line;
• Order number;
• Customer’s name;
• Email address used to place the order.

Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders can be processed quickly.

Mueblesgredos will check the status of the order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

If cancellation is possible and payment has already been made, Mueblesgredos will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, where possible.

After Shipment

Once the order has been delivered to the carrier or courier, it may not be canceled.

Customers may still exercise their legal right of withdrawal or use the commercial returns policy, if applicable, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
