Where do you ship to?
Mueblesgredos ships to addresses in Spain and France, where shipping is available at checkout.
For Spain, delivery is available to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, subject to checkout confirmation.
For France, delivery is available to mainland France, subject to checkout confirmation.
If your address is outside mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, or mainland France, or if the checkout process does not confirm delivery availability for your address, please contact us before placing the order.
Additional delivery limitations, timing, costs, or local requirements may apply depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €15 for orders under €120.
Standard shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working days for most eligible delivery addresses in Spain and France.
Large or bulky furniture may require additional coordination and may take longer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before shipment by contacting info@mueblesgredos.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation is not guaranteed, as orders can be processed quickly.
After shipment, it may not be possible to cancel. However, you may still exercise your legal right of withdrawal or use the applicable return policy, where available.
What is the legal period of withdrawal?
For online purchases by consumers, the legal withdrawal period is usually 14 calendar days from delivery.
What is the return policy?
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, Mueblesgredos offers a commercial return period of 30 days from delivery.
Returns requested after the legal withdrawal period must comply with the commercial return conditions set out in the Returns and Refund Policy section.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
In the event of legal withdrawal or returns for reasons other than quality, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed by Mueblesgredos or otherwise required by applicable law.
For valid claims involving defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, Mueblesgredos will cover the return shipping costs when necessary.
Are the original shipping costs refunded?
If the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, the initial standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
If the customer chose a more expensive shipping option, only the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option will be refunded.
For commercial returns for reasons unrelated to quality, once the legal withdrawal period has elapsed, the original shipping costs are not refundable, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact info@mueblesgredos.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem.
Please report any visible issues on delivery as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can resolve them quickly.
This does not limit your legal rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.

Mueblesgredos currently accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Other payment methods may appear at checkout, if available.
Are taxes included?
Product prices include the applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if any, are shown before order confirmation.
What warranty applies?
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods under current Spanish law.
